With many years of experience in the hotel industry, Jacqueline is a well known and respected member within the travel industry. Jacqueline started her hotel career in South Africa with Westin Hotels and Sun International. She then moved to Scotland, where she worked at Gleneagles Hotel and there she started to gain and develop her sales and marketing knowledge. At the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath, England, she implemented marketing initiatives and further developed this small luxury hotel to the affluent international business traveler. She was also responsible for successfully reopening and relaunching the Marriott St Pierre Hotel and Golf Resort in Wales. Prior to starting her own business, Jacqueline was Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing for the three Dutco hotels (Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort, Oasis Beach Hotel and Hatta Fort Hotel) for five years. Jacqueline started The Travel Collection 17 years ago and the company continues to grow from strength to strength. Her passion, commitment and enthusiasm is what makes the company what it is today. | |

With over 17 years' experience in the Arabian Gulf and 30 years in the international travel and tourism sector, Mark has held key strategic roles within The Thomas Cook Group, Qatar Airways Holidays, Gulf Air and Wataniya Holidays. He has significant experience working in the key distribution channels associated with hospitality sales. Retail Travel, Corporate Travel, Tour Operations and Wholesale Hotel Sales. Previously, Mark has also represented luxury hospitality brands and destinations through his own sales representation company. Mark is based in Bahrain and manages the business development there. He also works in developing sales from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. | |

Puja was born and brought up in Nairobi, Kenya after which she moved to the UK for further studies and has been in the UAE now for over 2 years. Her passion for travelling and exploring allowed her to join her husband in Dubai for a new venture and is always keen to learn new things within the Travel Industry. She plays a key role in supporting daily operations of our company with planning and coordinating administrative procedures to ensure smooth running of the office. Her excellent organisational skills and communication with the team ensures efficiency within the Company. Outside work, Puja enjoys art, cooking, family time and planning her next travel destination. | |
